With any DUI there are two fights: Court & The Department of Licensing.  

Department of Licensing

Merely being accused of a DUI will cause the Department of Licensing to try and take your license from you.  You can challenge this, but you must send in a written request within 20 days of arrest.  You can read more on this in the License Suspension section.

Court

You will receive notice of your court date in one of two ways.  If the officer gave you a citation (small yellow piece of paper) then it will have the Arraignment date on the bottom.  If not, then the Court will mail notice to your last known address.
